International Symposium on Medical Information and Communication Technology

In December 2007, 20 years back, the 2^nd International Symposium on Medical Information and Communication Technology (ISMICT) was organized in Oulu, Finland. That event was the first ISMICT conference based on the open Call for Papers. Now the event will celebrate its successful 20 years anniversary and will return to Oulu again. 

ISMICT 2027 will be held in Lapland Hotel, Oulu, Finland, 18-20 May 2027.

The 21^thIEEE International Symposium on Medical Information and Communication Technology will create a solid occasion for technology and healthcare/welfare experts to present their novel scientific and experimental achievements, elaborate new ideas, and find new potential collaborators for joint future R&D challenges. We are inviting researchers and contributors on healthcare, wellness, clinical therapy, and surgery, as well as ICT, biomedical and mechanical engineering, and others to share their thoughts with multidisciplinary colleagues. We are also covering relating international standardization, regulation, regulatory science, and business topics for medical ICT devices and healthcare systems and services. We have also secured prestigious Keynote Speakers Prof. Emil Jovanov, Prof. Simon Cotton and Prof. Andrea Ungar.
